Holiday Gifts: Knitted Purses and Potholders

Are you interested in giving a gift this year with a hand-made touch? Can you never quite find just the right clutch? If so, this class on knitting purses and potholders is just right for you! Participants of all skill levels are welcome to join this 2-hour class.

Materials: Enough yarn for at least one small item, knitting needles, and supplementary notes will be provided. If you have a sensitivity to acrylic, please let us know in advance. Those with delicate skin may wish to bring a bandaid to protect the fingers from abrasion, but this is not necessary. There is no cost for the provided materials, but additional materials may be sold upon request.

Products: Participants should expect to leave with the skills to make a knitted purse or potholder, and possibly more advanced skills depending on their current skill level. Someone just learning how to knit may leave with a potholder; someone quite advanced may leave with the skills to make an intricate Bavarian purse.
