Jeweler
Gail became interested in wire wrapping and beading after a career as a commercial artist of nearly 30 years. She had worked in a strict regimented environment where preciseness and detail was the rule. Upon retirement she again took a variety of art classes to refresh her talents and eventually took up wire wrapping.
A friend admired a pair of earrings Gail was wearing and encouraged her to make earrings. She introduced Gail to bead stores, classes and a new art form. Little did her friend know the lasting effect it would have on Gail to this day. Gail is a consignor at The Exchange and an avid jewelry designer. Gail shares her time with family and friends and always finds time to ‘wrap’ jewelry – even taking supplies when she is on the road.
